Refund Policy

  1. Upon successful payment confirmation, the advertising campaign is activated automatically and becomes available to platform users.
  2. From the moment the advertising campaign is activated, the service is considered started and properly provided.
  3. The completion time of an advertising campaign depends on the number of ordered actions, campaign settings, user activity on the platform, and other factors. WebAds does not guarantee campaign completion within a specific timeframe.
  4. The customer acknowledges and agrees that order fulfillment may take from several hours to several weeks depending on the order volume and the availability of users.
  5. If the advertising campaign is not activated, or if due to WebAds' fault it does not begin receiving impressions, views, clicks, or other ordered actions within 3 (three) business days after payment, the customer has the right to request a refund.
  6. A refund request must be submitted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the grounds for the refund arose.
  7. To request a refund, the customer must send a request to info@webads.app including:
    • Order number;
    • Payment date;
    • Payment amount;
    • Reason for the request;
    • Contact information.
  8. All refund requests are reviewed within 5 (five) business days of receipt.
  9. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after the decision is made.
  10. Refunds are issued in full to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  11. Refunds are not available for fully or partially completed advertising campaigns, or for campaigns that have already started receiving impressions, views, clicks, or other ordered actions.
  12. WebAds reserves the right to request additional information and documents necessary to process a refund request.
