  • Attempting to bypass security, verification, or fraud-detection systems.

WebAds continuously monitors traffic quality and user activity.

The platform may analyze:

* IP addresses;
* Device identifiers;
* Browser characteristics;
* Session activity;
* Geographic consistency;

* Temporarily restrict account functionality;
* Delay withdrawals or payments;
* Place an account under review.

Users are expected to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

Rewards, balances, and earnings are considered provisional until verified by WebAds.

WebAds reserves the right to:

* Remove invalid earnings;
* Reverse rewards obtained through prohibited activity;
* Cancel pending withdrawals;
* Adjust account balances where fraud or abuse is detected.

## 8. Advertiser Protection

WebAds is committed to providing advertisers with high-quality traffic.

Traffic identified as invalid, automated, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise suspicious may be excluded from campaign statistics, billing calculations, or reporting.

WebAds reserves the right to remove fraudulent traffic from campaigns at any time.

## 9. Enforcement Actions

When fraud, abuse, or policy violations are identified, WebAds may take one or more of the following actions:

* Issue a warning;
* Suspend account access;
* Permanently terminate an account;
* Remove rewards, earnings, or balances;
* Cancel advertising results;
* Restrict future use of the platform;
* Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

The severity of enforcement will depend on the nature and extent of the violation.

## 10. Appeals

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee account restoration, payment, or reversal of enforcement actions.

## 11. Final Determination

WebAds reserves the right to make the final determination regarding fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, suspicious activity, and compliance with this Policy.
